No one needs to be perfect but only able to improve when at a job. Anyways PMs and CMs are more of a political forces guiding ideology and directions of a government. All the details are anyways handled by senior officials and a government is a mechanism in continuity. 90% of things are never changed from a previous government either renamed of modified and continued. The improvement in RG is obvious, if he can keep it up, who knows!
