Got my first real job after university at the age of 28. I did it for 2 years, got into a severe mid-life crisis, with similar realization as this video. Although I never started to crave money/success I managed my "wants" in life, I changed my mindset and became a frugal minimalist... A laptop, a place to work and a comfortable bed is all I need. Today I have total expenses of 500$ a month incl my car. My apartment is paid for, my car is paid for. It would require me 10 hours of freelance work to get through a month. I can currently sustain myself for 3 years on what I have saved up. I see no reason of living in a hamster wheel following the norms and ideals of society. Now I've started a game development company doing the things I love instead! :) We'll just have to see if I find any success in it... if not. I had fun. Life is too short and precious to be thrown away on realizing other peoples' dreams..

So many people my age are financially illiterate it's scary (I'm 60). They're nearing retirement and have no clue what to do or how to proceed. Public education doesn't tell you because they don't want you to know. If you did, you might jump off the hamster wheel and start a trend that would blow up their economic model.

Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely.

Books for example, not a lot of books made in US or anywhere else are widely available in my country and when English books are translated to my language, it loses some of it's context. I prefer reading books written in English rather than in my own language.
During my college days as a Petroleum Engineering student, most of book are in English, though we have some book written in our language, but not as complete & detailed as the English version.

Money is not the root of all evil, but the evil ones can be at the root of all money! This is the greed Anton has referred to! Infrastructure is key, I am from the UK and traded markets since 1999, yet now the capital I gained over time has turned into my own personal infrastructure in Thailand where I now live! My infrastructure has turned into a farm and supports a number of people locally with work and a living! I have ended up where I want to be, I have traveled and gained perspective! Now I have to teach my two sons to trade and gain their own perspective and freedom! I still trade, but not with any urgency or desire for more than I need! I love the way Anton walks people through scenarios and how to gain an advantage, phew, if I knew all this when I was 20 years old, I would have had an easier path! Now I am 63, yet all the effort and mistakes I have made have all been worth it! A life's experience cannot be replaced with anything! I wish you all well with your experiences! Be well, be kind and draw to yourself people that match your objectives in life, varied though they may be!

Just a thought inspired by this film. It seems like there is virtually no limitations on who can become wealthy. And its surely not a matter of skill, big shot, huge luck. Its consistency and patience. I mean how simple is that, take aside every tenth of a penny you earn through your life, put it on, I dont know, simple all weather portfolio with long term, mid term bonds, stocks, some gold and a bit of commodities so that there is some interest on these money annually which you put aside so that compounding would work and after 10-20 years most people should have the amount of money which in their own standards is perceived as being wealthy. Its so freaking saddening that people look at their lives and cant belive how fast the time passes and yet they are unable to see that this very same time could turn things around for them, financially. That you wont even blink and 20 years passed. Setting your own structures is the best thing one can do it seems. How cool would that be if everyone would be tought of this from the very beginning of education.

The world isnt working because bunch of office guys live it in their monitors, somebody has to create idea of the monitor, design it, build it, transport it, sell it, build the office to put it in, keep the office clean etc. Sure there is more than enough money for everybody in the world, but those up there cant let too many people get there. They simply have to control the rest to some degree. Thats why we have exchange where those lucky ones who can quickly make some decent money can come and loose it again to the bigger fishes ... and restore balance. We should be happy for todays system, at least most people have sense of freedom to some degree in our society, when compared to history, we are all living like kings and queens even though we can label it "modern slavery" in context of nowadays "cool" life of financial freedom, lying on beach and doing nothing (but cmon lets admit it, thats kinnda boring, also funny enough one of the most important things in life IS work, having ambition and working passionately, hating your work is a topic for another discussion).

Yet as a Nautilus, the question became where had I remained and spiritually almost died in my shell? Watching this it clear I have and had outgrown my chambers fairly rapidly. Insightful, changes I have made in my life and continue to aggressively change, it helps to see I am actually progressing towards ultimately freeing up two of my most valuable asset TIME/FREEDOM. Thanks kindly, really outstanding advice and honestly, I am certain I will revisit this many times, to keep perspective and revisit my own clarity. Thanks kindly, BE Well and continued success.

The first time watching this video, I couldnt help myself to not get caught up in the glitz and glam. The second few times, I still couldnt process the ten principles. Now I humble myself to fully absorb all that Anton has to offer. He has become a role model for me in trading. Thank you Mr Kreil for keeping it real and being so generous. The money is simply the result of a successful system run consistently.

You can actually learn so much from great people only by listening them on daily basis. I do appreciate it.

I’ve watched this so many times, I always rushed over lesson one thinking it was a basic obvious statement but it might truly be the most important lesson.

Gotta love how everything in British is either Proper or Brilliant. In American everything is just Hot.
