No sound is coming out of the radio to fix issue i had to replace the cd player parts/ make sure the car is turn off when replacing the cd player. if not you blow up a fuse.
I had this problem.. Change the The entire Climate Control part (the middle piece )because it’s damaged. after I replaced mine NAV and A/C controls + volume worked again. Hopefully It helps you guys out

So my lights stopped working on the radio. It plays music and the screen works still. But no more purple lights, or white lights on the buttons

I bought a new radio off ebay and everything is working now
you prolly have a blown out fuse. check the fuse box under the steering wheel and it should be one of the 15a ones
I checked mine and changed the 15 but still no good

try to replace the cd player if that's doesn't work you probably won't have no other choice than to let them fix it for you

I went to the dealership today, the part number they gave me is 2591A-ZX78A. Their price is $1,700 (part only) but I have seen a few online for $100
