Omg. Small world! I’m getting married there in November! My jaw literally dropped when you got there lol.
What is it called
Can you please do a video about what each wedding party person (mother, mother of the groom, maid of honor, groomsman, etc) can help out throughout the wedding planning process and the actual wedding? Like who Togo to for extra music ideas or to ask to make sure all the drinks are on refill? Obviously those stuff are for more DIY and cheap weddings but could you please help? I can't find anything online

Love the behind the scenes looks! I'll seriously consider putting our seating chart out during cocktail hour. I like the idea of guests being able to see where they're sitting and who they're sitting with. I would love to hear more advice and suggestions about venue layouts, particularly how to avoid making them cramped.
Hopefully she gets to film the wedding/reception experience too! Love these kinds of videos!!! Of course the sit down videos are amazing but I just love the BTS looks! ❤️❤️❤️

Yeeess so so helpfull!! Was totally gonna put the seating chart at the entrance to the reception hall 🤦
Our venue has a long walk from where we'll be hiding out to our ceremony space, the ceremony is outdoors and there's just a lawn between. I'm worried it'll take ages for us to do the walk and that that'll remove some of the magic. Also knowing myself I'll probably get too pumped up on adrenaline to walk down gracefully and just sprint down instead. My MOH suggested she'd sneak us into cars and drive up, but our getting ready space is at the end of the road so that'd mean we'd drive literally 40 meters tops. I was dreaming of renting a horse to ride in on but it's difficult to find one that won't freak out over my ginormous wedding dress. We could hide out in the woods behind the ceremony space but October in Sweden isn't known for predictable weather. My latest idea: I'll row across the small pond at our ceremony space. Am I overthinking this? Probably. Will I stop until I get a great idea? Highly unlikely. Heeeeelllpppp 😂

I picked a second hand gold dress for only $25...and am looking at a couple community centers that i could use for under 1,000
My dad is a pitmaster and is excited to smoke some meats and my mom and aunt can handle the sides...my mother in law will be doing our cake...she used to decorate cakes at a bakery...
We are trying to keep it simple but also want it to be enjoyable so there will definitely be a bounce house and slide!!! There will be a wardrobe change so i can enjoy both for at least a moment

Can you do a video about people who have their ceremony and reception in two completely different venues (locations?) We live in Wyoming and don’t have as many options as you guys so I’m concerned having people drive far (and everything is super far apart here mile wise) but there’s nowhere that’s really “perfect.”

I know this is somewhat counter to drumming up business, but would you ever consider making a video on how to be your own coordinator on the day, or rather, how to plan and organize so that you don't need a coordinator? I ask because I just can't afford one and want to be as prepared and relaxed as possible on the day.

Can you do a video on seating place card tables? At a plated dinner is it better to have a card table (or chart) with assigned seats at the table or assigned table with open seating there?
And maybe unique decorating tips for seating table, gift and cake tables too. Once people take their cards or the gifts are removed the tables will be empty, yet still in the tent/room. So I guess they should be decorated also.
Most decorating is all rustic and this will not be a rustic wedding. (Modern with hints of video gaming) Nerdy, I know

Do you have any advice or recommendations for flow of events when your ceremony and reception are attached so there is no space for you to leave and make another entrance. Additionally with no cocktail space. I have a floor plan too if that better helps you understand my question! Thanks :)

Susan Alvarez try looking at Instagram/ any social media page. Start with your venue have a social media page, more than likely they follow/ friend other vendors. That’s how I found my photographer and catering. Happy wedding planning!

I don't know what the weather is like in that area, but what happens if it rains? It would be such a shame to have bad weather in such a gorgeous outdoor venue like that!
In southern California it almost never rains in the summer.
Ahh that makes sense. I live in Canada and the weather is unpredictable so I couldn't help but think "what if it rains?!"

I was wondering if you have any advice or if you could even do a video on having a sparkler send off? My wedding is in five weeks (I know I’m leaving it late but I didn’t know if the venue allowed it or not until yesterday!) and I’m trying to research it because they’re so pretty and I really want to do one, but there are so many factors that add to it that I never thought off!
How long should your sparklers be? How long do you want them to burn off?
What’s the best way to light that many sparklers at once? How do you organise everyone to do it all at the same time? Are lighters the best way to light the sparklers? How do you make sure everyone knows to dispose of them properly?
There just seems to be more and more problems but I think I’ll regret it if I don’t at least try to do it! I’m so confused though, it’s not like there’s a person or service you can hire to do the sparkler send off and none of my vendors seem to have any ideas of how to do it best! Your help would be AMAZING!!!

Wow! They only get an hour there before the ceremony. Idk, I think that would be a dealbreaker for me.
I'm concerned about the planes/ helicopters passing over on the day of their wedding in terms of the sound being picked up in their weding video
A lot of videographers put a mic on the officiant or groom. Or the use a hand held mic for audio purposes. So they should be able to avoid aircraft noise.
If I only had the money to fly you to Denmark :'( Would looove to have you as a planner/coordinator!
Can't help but notice the noise from all the traffic.. That would be a shame, to have the vows drowned out by passing cars!
