I imagine the context of the video being like:
Toga decided to invade UA and kill everyone (except her beloved izuku) but needed to disguise herself so she decided to kill ochako or just harm her and steal some of her blood and then went to UA and started her killing spree, and then she passed out at some point because she got injured and izuku found her lying on the ground unconscious and once she woke up. She couldn’t remember anything that happened while in UA

Plot twist: Toga kidnapped Ochaco and got some of her blood to tranform into her but never bothered freeing her. Shigaraki decided to make her go insane by toturing her. Shigaraki then let her and told her to kill everyone in ua. Toga was in ua but Ochaco saw her with the blood so she thought it was a mirror so she went around. Toga tried running and to unaliving everyone but Ochaco got to them first so Toga passed out from exhaustion. Ochaco killed everyone except for Izuku ( because he was hiding outside ) and the pro heroes had fled for some reason so no one was left except Izuku and Toga. After Ochaco was gone Izuku had gone back in and found Toga with Ochacos blood. Toga woke up and that happened. Thank you, have a nice day, and goodbye

When Toga transforms into people she focuses on trying to be in character, I'm going to guess that after one of the times that Ochako fought Toga, Toga ended up capturing her and taking her blood. Toga made sure she acted like Ochako, and it was easier to pretend that she was Ochako because she can use Ochako's quirk. One day she snapped and killed everyone except Deku because she loves him. The she passed out and hit her head on the ground so she forgot everything that happened after she snapped. She transformed back into herself and Deku learns that it wasn't actually Ochako who betrayed him. Toga was so confused that she killed someone because she was acting like Ochako for so long.
