The day you published this, I just left this very hotel to return home. To anyone wondering, I recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The staff were great! Super helpful and yeah the rooms are very clean (although I think a lot of Japanese hotels are super clean compared to other countries I've visited!)

what kind of adaptor did you need for the bed plugs? Is it the usual 2 flat straight prongs?

Yup usual 2 flat ones however they provide a few USB slots at least for the room we had

Hi was there a laundry on each floor

Unfortunately no - there's a laundromat on one of the floors with 3 machines (one was broken when I was there though). Otherwise you can request your clothes to be cleaned every day (although obviously this option will be much more expensive!)
