Assalamualaikum Sheikh, I feel like someone is sitting on my bed when I'm laying on my bed doing my work or I'm just watching something on mobile. I can feel that someone came and sat near me. That's it after that i don't feel anything. Why is that? Sometimes i feel there's a problem with my bed. Maybe it's broken? I'm not sure

Sometimes i feel too much lust and i try my best not to give into it. I get zina waswasa while praying Salah. All dirty thoughts while performing Salah or reciting Qur'an. Please help me Sheikh
