Do you always add offsets to every project?
Not always but often. Not as much on large pieces unless they have some very thin cut areas then I do an offset to had strength
How big is the second stitch body before you add the head?
Overall height of both of them is two feet.

What type of cardstock do you use?
I get my card stock from staples.com, you cannot get it in the store. It is 18x12inch opaque 100lb.

Where did you get the stitch from and you say you did a offset on the stitch what it's 0.05 or 0.50

Dang how big is he?You probably need a heavy duty wood base for that one. LOL
He is huge and yes he is on a large base :o)
