How about swapping front tire from left to right, (dismount tire) to maintain same direction of rotation? The worn outside edge will end up on inside edge
If you break down the tire, you can swap side to side without changing the direction of rotation, but this is more work and then you have to rebalance. But usually the front have wear patterns and the rear are flat and smooth.
Most tires have some run out and can be trued to make them ride smoother. We have never had one blow out. We are careful not to true a tire with a tread separation. If the tire was riding smooth and then suddenly has an excessive amount of runout, it can be separated and should be replaced. It could have a broken belt. For instance, if a small tire has over 100 thousandths of an inch run out, it should be replaced because it could have a broken belt.
You did yourself no favours by showing you are flogging " Hurcules " tire brand. Their nick name is " China Bomb " and for good reason. I had put them on a European sedan and thank my lucky stars I swapped them out. They went out of round like 1 - 2 - 3 ! C'mon people, Toyo, Continental, Michelin, Bridgestone. What's wrong with youze ?

What jack did you use to get her in the air? also, what jackstands did you use? and the weight they support?
Most of the jack stands we have are 22 ton. They are from different companies.
