Finedon footpath at risk

- Finedon residents fear losing a loved footpath that links Bell Hill/Wellingborough Road to Cally Banks a wonderous, wildlife trust nature reserve. A new home builder on Finedon Hall estate threatens to bloke the path with a fence. I had received a couple of messages asking for my advice. Now this is NOT an official public footpath but it has been used by many with-in the last 25years. This mean that this footpath has gone un-detected and is need of making official.
You Finedon legends are best to report this footpath to ramblers. org. They only needs twenty reports and this footpath becomes set in stone as our true right of way. If you have walked this path for more than 25yrs then please write in your statements to www.ramblers.o...

Also please note that the owner of this eco house is not a builder and did not build the house. It was built by a building firm and then advertised by an estate agent/purchased in the normal way.
That's irrelevant Tom. No one cares about the house. Only the footpath in question. CZcams algorithms have taken over and are now sharing the video across the U.K. You can still do all the things you want to do, but access through your land will be made. Also please note what YOUR land looks like now compared to what the land looks like in the title picture. You have decimated the Dolben/Mackworth dry lake and for what..sheep. I am not Tom. I agree the ECO house has nothing to do with you, but you chose to make rude comments and I’m just correcting you on your statement, by stating that the owner is NOT a house builder. Also the land was only purchased yesterday! There are plenty of rights of way to enjoy walks in this area so I really can’t see what the problem is. The owner has done an amazing job of the old Finedon Hall grounds. They were full of weeds and brambles. The garden, pond and trees have all been reinstated to their original beauty and I’m sure the new land will also be well managed. The land was for sale. If the land had not been purchased by the owner then it would have been purchased by someone else and most likely someone would have built houses on the land.

There used to be 3 pubs in finedon all now of which are now closed. I was born in finedon at 17 Allen road. Come on Finedon let's get this back on the Radar

Take it you live there then 😂😂 I lived at the Kotch, the middle of nowhere, by the river, with absolutely nothing. I had never been happier, infact if I didn't have two children.
