I love the instruments used and how much more energetic this one is compared to a lot of other Ryu themes. Low health theme isn’t quite the same but it still has bite.
This game's versions of each SFII theme are the best for all of the characters. I'm not saying III, IV and V have worse OST, it's hard to compare them to this because they are very different. But when comparing these themes to all the other SFIIs, this game destroys them.

Mostly because Ultra Street Fighter 2 was derived from SSF2 HD Remix. Both versions are great though! I cannot remember a version of Ryu’s theme that I think is awful. There might be one, I just might not recall it.
