Steuart Smith is a stunning guitar player. How he gets overlooked as one of the truly great players is beyond me. He has taste, technique and an empathy to the song that is just brilliant.

Wow! Thanks for sharing this excellent performance. We were lucky enough to get to see Rodney on his KIN tour a couple of weeks ago. He had Steuart Smith performing with him as a special guest, and man was that show special! There's a magic to Steuart's playing and it really shines when he plays with Rodney. You could tell Rodney was really enjoying himself all through the show. It's a shame they only toured for a limited number of shows and so few got to see them.

I've seen Rodney twice. Once in Jasper, Indiana and then in Madisonville Kentucky... Didnt get my "Stars on the water" but got plenty of talent to make up for it. 5* both times! Rodney is the best!
Songs that you have liked. Not every thing that a person likes is good. Sweets? Heroin? Bad choices in relationships? Folks like those things, doesn't make them to be good.

Randy Crowell is country & rock and roll. Stuart is a guitar master. Not like other country guitarists. Like his wammy bar technic.

it's the same guy - Stleuart Smith - before he played with the Eagles.
Sorry, Steuart Smith. He played a lot with Crowell and his one-time wife, Rosanne Cash. So did the drummer, Vince Samboro.
Yes, Steuart Smith must be one of the best guitarists that I have ever heard in my life. The guy is masterful on the Strat here !
