    Nice work! Made it look easy. The metal flake is what really made it. Very informative. Thanks!!

    🤣🤣"Nobody likes the runs"🤣🤣 LOL
    Looks fantastic with that flake in behind the main colour. I'm not a fan of green, but it still looks excellent.
    I'm just getting back into RC, but I remember that I used to gently warm the protective film with a hair dryer before peeling it off, used to work well for me.
    Also, I used to use regular car body panel wipe on a microfiber cloth instead of washing and drying. It always did the job, and didn't harm the polycarbonate. Also worked for over spray, if you caught it quickly.
    Desperately saving up to buy an XMAXX myself now... Still not sure how I'll get it past the finance committee (the wife) though. 😁

    • @d252428q
      @d252428q  Před 4 lety

      Cheers It's Tamiya Lame flake then use your colour and back with silver. Just make sure you use PS paints for polycarbonate.

      Could silver be used if misted as a flake or metallic? I like the flake but wish it was silver flake and not lame flake which is gold and kind of multicolored

    It would have been cool if you had masked the inside of the windows, so they'd have transparent stripes. But maybe that's just me. :)
