I’m a nurse tech and in nursing school. I wear compressions everyday. Before I had them my legs and feet would ache. I am now ache free. Agree with the comfortable scrubs. Not tight. I don’t care if my boobs or butt are on display. Great advice. I am loving your channel.

I really love your videos. Dansko shoes and I do not get along. I rolled my foot and broke while wearing them at work. Before I broke my foot, I thought they were super comfortable. Unfortunately I have to do a tennis shoe. My go to is new balance.

Yes! Hand cream is essential with how much you are washing your hands!

Nurse Liz I bought the dr.motion compressions off amazon. I think it was $25.00 ish for 4 or 5 pairs. Plus, you get to pick the design!

What about scrub tops? Do you normally size up or stick with your normal shirt size when ordering?
My professor recommended the extra scrubs. She stressed to us, you still have to stay if you have bodily fluids on you. Lol
Could not agree more, take care of your feet. I also have hand lotion (if not provided on the unit) and peto bismal tablets with me.
