WEAR YOUR RETAINERS YALL! I had to get braces AGAIN as an adult because I never wore my retainers and my teeth moved enough that they were giving me intense migraines. I get them off in a few months 😅
After your braces off U didn't wear your retainer?
@@ShakiraNihaI didn’t either as a 16 year old but my teeth didn’t start shifting back until my early 20s so I had to get braces again as an adult and now I wear them as much as I can!
@@Beanboi2225I heard that if u wear retainer regularly still your teeth will shift is that true?
@@ShakiraNiha only if it’s a bite problem or teeth that were pulled down cause retainers can’t keep them from going back up in the gums so unfortunately yes unless you get a permanent retainer which would help those problems

My teeth were literally so messed up when I got braces, my front teeth were facing diagonally like a v shape. I’ve had the worst teeth transformation than anyone I know tbh. I’m glad that you can be confident in your smile now. 😂

I had orthodontic work for years and years, I thought it was never going to end. But I had to get it, I had an overbite. I wouldn't be able to eat today without the orthodontic work.
Same.. had a double jaw surgery for my overbite
I couldnt eat with my mouth closed prior to braces

When I got mine off they individually tore each of the brackets off with pliers… that looked so much more comfortable
