Just wanted to say how much I agree with you about dieting….we are exactly the same age, btw…. I am 5’2”, stopped growing at about 13 and have been mindful of my weight EVER since! Enough! I live in the Malibu, Ca area and at age 60 realized I AM NOT CONCERNED ABOUT MY BATHING SUIT READY BODY for the summer….my God, permission granted NOT to be please??? Like you, I am angry at the time, effort, energy and emotion that I gave to my weight and appearance all those years…..thank God aging grants us the wisdom to understand priorities!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Missed your live last night because Friday is always a busy afternoon and evening as we pick up the Grandchildren from school and take them to a trampoline park and then meet up with their Mum and Dad for a drink and supper! Loved the video and I totally agree with your stance on dieting! I am 72 now and a size 18! I retired only 2 years ago and have always had a thing about my weight but now realise being healthy and enjoying life is the way to go! Always look forward to your videos! xx

I use natural olive oil in my ears.. dropper of tepid oil in the ears with a cotton bud to stop any drips. This will will warm your own earwax and reduce any hard wax eventually which remove the blockages.. I do this monthly.

Hi Helen. Just catching up now as we've been away for a few days. Had a rough few months with scans and tests so nice to have a break. A few years ago, hubby bought me a birthday card which read on the front, happy mother's day! Obviously he went by the picture. His excuse was they shouldn't have been on the shelves as my birthday is in April, mother's day being March. He makes sure he reads the card now! Always enjoy watching your videos. We love cruising but we have decided the big ships are not for us, I think I would rather pay a bit more and get the more individual service. After working in travel for 42 years I was lucky to sample many different cruise lines and now I am retired I will be making the most of any of the smaller ships. Ps love your channel, always hope I will bump into you in Hedge end . 😊

Please would you consider doing an episode on quick easy dual air fryer meals and microwave. I am trying not to use oven and trying to find meals I can prepare very quickly, as I’m a full time carer for someone who needs constant supervision, as they have dementia and I myself have a very rare condition which causes extreme fatigue. So I’m really struggling.
