- Uzbekistan. An incredible country that will surprise every tourist! We explored its modern part - the Amirsoy ski resort, and its ancient parts - the cities of Samarkand and Bukhara. Of course, it was not without a cultural shock 😱 We got incredible emotions looking at how local food is prepared, customs in Uzbekistan and ancient architecture, and more!
I traveled around with @NatashasAdventures and @RussianPlus 🤗

One fact that I learned was that Alexander the Great met his beloved Roxane here at Uzbekistan. ❤️
So cool to see these places again! I want one hour long video x D
Летом посетите ещё раз и потом все вместе к нам приезжайте.
You aren't wrong but where is YOUR Uzbekistani video at? :( It's been 10 days since ur last video, no more slacking :)
Hi Naty. Big protests in Georgia, and I know you will take part.✌️♥️🙏 I miss you!
What an amazing country. I can only imagine how much work it took to piece it all together. 👏
Thanks jean Claude!
Wow, yours is also 32 minutes - respect!! You're so much more efficient with editing, Dasha 🎬 And it looks beautiful, too! P.S. Наташе и Славе - привет 😊
Thank you so much!!
@@SunjuhTribal ours! Premiering NOW!!
That architecture was simply gorgeous. Think of how many people put so many hours/days/years into building it. Careers were made with those mosaics and paintings. The birds you found are called peacocks, and in the US they're considered somewhat exotic. And there's so much amazing food and candy, yet all of it is so simple. Thanks for bringing us along! 👍
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for journeying through Uzbekistan and showing us so much of its beautiful architecture. I enjoyed the video a lot, and I must say that your commentary skills improve every day. This was like watching a professional travelogue prepared by a television company.
Only more authentic. And personal.
Thank you so much 😊🙏🏼
I was searching for videos on Dostoevsky, but for whatever reason, CZcams recommended this video in my search results. I guess it was good because I ended up procrastinating for 30 minutes to watch it. Greetings from Canada!
Fascinating! I loved this video. It was a bit more detailed and thorough than in some previous efforts, and I really enjoyed the pacing and added sense that we were actually joining in and traveling and experiencing some of the ups and downs with you and your two friends. It's amazing what a few more added minutes of run time can make! Your frank honesty and opinions are still refreshing. You say what you liked and enjoyed and what you didn't. Keep it up, Dari! You will be hosting on a professional travel adventure show yet! Let the people of the world travel this fascinating planet together as friends. 🥰
It’s a dream to run my own travel show :))
@@DariStep I really hope that you will some day soon live those dreams, Dari!
Daria, good! Welcome to Kyrgyzstan in summer!
Hello from U.S. of America. Those mountains are beautiful! I would rather snowmobile there than ski, though 😊 Thanks for bringing us that part of the world.
Thanks for watching!
@@DariStep subscribed, looking forward to more of your side of the world
Great thing about having 3 CZcamsrs together is that one can film the second who is filming the third. 😀 Great video, Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 looks like a very interesting and affordable place.
True. It’s very easy to collaborate like that😅. However it gets weird when everyone starts filming at the same time😂
Thanks Steve 😁
What a wonderful video. Very interesting. The colorful birds you saw are called peacocks in English. Also, Samarkand is one of the oldest continuously populated cities in Asia. People have been living there for 5 thousand years.
Thank you ☺️
Amazing video! Very interesting and beautiful architecture. I think your commenting skills are wonderful.
Thank you very much!
Wow, a personal driver, driving on a presidential highway, fanning out a million of cash, eating royal food, going to the best ski resort all accompanied by great friends… An amazing trip and excellent video.
Excellent video Dasha. Thanks!
Dasha, lovely video. I’m pleased you survived the ski trip and got to the two old cities.
One thing: “anyway” is the term you should be using when you say “anyways”. Only eight-year-old kids (usually boys) say “anyways” - though on social media one hears it far too often from people old enough to know better. But then essentially no young English speakers were ever taught grammar (as a consequence, English drifts further into chaos every year), so you can’t rely of most people posting on social media. Anyway, “anyways” has no correct usage.
Colors were really popping on the video. Thanks for your hard work. Pretty cool having the other YTers on the trip. 👍
Appreciate it!
Good life. Enjoy it as much as possible while you are in that exploration way of living. Magnificent architecture, pottery and embroidery of Samarkand/Bukhara - really like the mosaic style art and tiles weaved into it all. Very picturesque mountain scenery around Amirsoy. Food and accommodation both look great and it is good value. Have fun and enjoy your journey - what a great lifestyle.
Was good to hear the different perspectives from all of you guys. You make good companion travellers. Really enjoyed it - thanks very much.
Thanks for your comment 😌
Your content just gets better and better Dari. You're becoming a pro!❤
What a lovely trip, peaceful, beautiful place. Great tour guiding. 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you, Dari, for sharing the beauty of the country and the interesting architecture and cuisine. It´s so interesting to see how people are living in other parts of the world!
My pleasure!
WOW a private highway for the president. This country is so cool
Wow Dari! Your video is just amazing! Chapeau! Uzbekistan is so beautiful and you really managed to show us all the wonders of this land. Thank you very much.
Thank you so much!!
Thanks!
That was a very interesting video Dari. You packed so much information and impressions into a short time. It looks like you planned the video very well with good transitions and interesting details and close up shots of food, etc. Good job and safe travels.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice Dari . You all the travelers who introduce the underrated countries like this and Georgia thanks you 😊
Thank you! 😃
Uzbekistan is truly an adventure that is not for the feint of heartet 😅
Very busy today, but I just want to say that it is an excellent video with good editing, solid story line, dogs, food, travel buddies, culture, Dari's scared-to-death face, and lovely local people. 👏👏👏🤩
Thanks A LOT ☺️
Uzbekistan is the safest country in the world
LOL!!! Its one of the most dangerous post soviet countries to visit.
The buildings are really old and authentic as well as stunning. Good to know how easy it is to do this trip by train from Tashkent. The ditches left and right of the road are also common in Xinjiang, where I met Uzbek expats 😉 I look forward to see you in Samarkant and the mountains in summer.
The joke about such taxi drivers is that you don't call a taxi, but the taxi calls you. How did you find and book your hotels?
We used booking for searching the hotels :)
Thanks for your comment ☺️
Great video! One has the feeling I would have been there in person. Fascinating, the cabin lift is from Doppelmayr. The Alps are full of them and I also sat in a Doppelmayr lift in La Paz. But Dasha didn't look very relaxed when the word "summer tires" came up in the middle of a snow desert.
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@DariStep 😇Much more than your facial expressions with the "summer tires" 😀
What an amazing country. Very interesting video Dari! Over 30 minutes but it flew by, good sign! Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much Jim 😊✨
@@DariStep And congratulations on 30K subscribers!!
Thank you for a beautiful tour of Uzbekistan. Glad to see you and Slava and Natasha enjoying a nice vacation.
Thank you 😊
I love this video. I learned a lot of things and I didn't know that there were mountains in Uzbekistan. The scenery is really good and the ski resort looks really modern. I didnt expect that this country has a high-speed train. This is so interesting and I hope you will visit more unique places in the near future. Love and support from the Philippines!❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
Your video was so refreshing to watch and the way you film things is just "WOW"! Your guests are great (I wish I was their friends) and content is so creative and the architecture of that country is remarkable - it really keeps my interest. If not for you, I would probably never hear of the various cities of Uzbekistan. Btw, there were more birds (peacocks) there than at my local zoo, lol.
Thank you so much, Chinh ☺️
@@DariStep you are very welcome
Nice long and detailed video. I suck at skiing but the mountains with snow did look verrry nice! Didn’t quite understand if or why hotel locked you out at end, but somehow it all ended okay 😅 you might want to report that presidential highway in google maps as blocked, saves the police some work 😂 the idea of such a highway is strange to me though.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts ✨
Very good video, Dari. I started watching your content via your previous collaborations with Slava. Fun to see you together again.
Nice job putting it all together. Its been fun watching you develop your editing style. Keep it up!
Awesome! Thank you!
A good number of interesting details to pay attention to, so thank you for puting a smart magnifying glass on the best of Uzbekistan. Like other people here, I have this special country on my visiting list.
PS: one advice, if I am allowed: better refrain from fanning money like that in public because it could lead to serious security issues in any country you go.
Thank you!
Nice tour of Uzbekistan you took with Natasha, seeing the fabled Central Asian cities of Samarkand and Bukhara! You guys took up where the famed Russian surveyor and photographer Sergei Prokudin-Gorskii left off in 1910 taking back then a celebrated series of pictures of his travels through the Russian empire. Over a century later and its like nothing much has changed. There are places in the world where time seems to stand still and you can see it in present Uzbekistan. You brought that out and the modem ski resort of Amorstoy is quite a contrast with the country’s classic Islamic architecture. Well done! 😊
Thanks Norman ☺️
You make beautiful videos,packed
with lots of content!!
Thank you so much 😀
Very nice. Seems very reasonably priced too. Except for the obnoxious cabbies. Never even heard of this country actually. Stay safe! Love all your videos & Natasha too! From Chicago. ✌️
Thanks for watching!
Ok Dara, you just convinced me to subscribe to your channel. You are good narrator. 👍
Welcome aboard!
thank you for taking us with you. Plus, I really felt in love with your character! YOU ROCK!
You have done a great job.I am very impressed with you.❤
Very nice Dari. I really enjoyed your video. Looks like you three had a really good time. In addition to added security it is always better to experience new places with good friends. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Dari: a Step above the others. ❤
Great video Daria. It was such a fun trip. 😊
Yes it really was!
Fascinating video Dari, with some wonderful snowy scenes from up the mountain. Maybe you might be better at skiing rather than the board if you have a great fear of falling (might be worse of course!). The fear in your eyes when riding in that car which could not stop was spine tingling and I was so happy you survived! The train line looks great and the amazing large and super colourful buildings were lovely to see, and seem to be well maintained. I have never seen such great buildings before looking so great in the different lighting. Of course many of these countries are rarely visited or shown on TV as they are in the middle between west and east and did not usually attract tourists after the silk road ended. You really do take us on an adventure with you (even when eating in restaurants!). Great work, Allan
Thanks for much for your lovely comment Allan ☺️🙏🏼
Daria and Uzbekistan = perfect combo. ❤
I agree :))
@@DariStep Perfect! 😁
What a beautiful informative video ✈️. Uzbekistan looks very clean/interesting… I enjoy seeing you Daría and Natasha traveling together 🙏 stay safe-

Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you for making video about Uzbekistan, Welcome, I am from Uzbekistan.
Wow this makes me so jealous of Russian cars. I'm also very interested in these oblong ovens where you stick your food to the side. Fascinating. They have that in Azerbaijan also. The tile is gorgeous everywhere. Uzbekistan seems very interesting.
Thanks for your comment ✨
I'm impressed with your experience there, and the ski hill looks good.
I from Uzbekistan ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Nice views
Hey...Thank you for taking me along. Your nails look great. I've never been skiing or snow boarding. I live in SE America and when I grew up there were no ski resorts in this part of the country. The architecture was beautiful....Good luck.
Happy to know you enjoyed it!
I want to hug you. Thanks for the video.
I remember reading about Samarkand when I was growing up - it's always seemd extremely exotic! Amazing video Dari! Hope to go there one day! Be careful feeding stray dogs in central asia - there's a reason the locals don't get close to them because of rabies.
Thanks Tom!
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS !!! watching from U.S.A.
Glad you like them!
Awesome video Dasha, and very well edited! ...and wow +5K subscribers (20%) since we've last talked about it, congrats! :) Any visa news?

Nice background music.
Hi Dasha. I really enjoyed this video. I love the ancient architecture, although I don't like seeing you frightened. It's all part of a amazing video! Thank You✌️also, I wonder why the tea cups don't have handles? And I do love the hats!
I believe it’s just local traditional of tea culture! Thanks for your comment ☺️

Thank you for sharing your trip to Uzbekistan! So much beautiful scenery and architecture! The food looks pretty interesting, too. This is another country we know very little about. In fact, your video is the most I have ever seen of the country! Thank you!
