It has been a year since my last updates about this, having to balance working on this and schoolwork was difficult. However I have completed most of the debugging and cleaned up the code, so here is a quick update video!
Additions
- textured models using UV layering, baked textures using Blender
- improved sensing and speed of deployment via range of inbuilt G-sensors
- more accurate n/b structure to replicate woven materials (structural latticing)
the 2020 covet sticker is a joke so just ignore that
as for a release, please don't ask i will figure something out once i get it to a point where i'm satisfied with the way it works
Airbags have to be the next level of realism for Beam. I've been playing Beam since the beginning when it was $15 and it has gotten so much better over time. Hopefully they include airbags soon.
