It sounds like Shay 6 is running on just two cylinders here. I know that she's had some bugs that the Cass crew has been trying to get out of her since she came out of her major overhaul earlier this year (Shay 2 had similar issues when she came back into service in like 2016, there's footage of her running on two cylinders also, hence why I recognized the sound in this video).
I rode the Big 6 up and down Bald Knob and I got to blow the whistle which was a Mann’s Creek 3 chime. That was back in 2016 when I was 16
