Does ascension mean physical death in 3D?
No. It is a change in awareness. For me it means focusing less on acquiring material possessions and more on understanding my true nature as a spirit being in this physical incarnation. Then what I see in myself I also see in others. I then see how amazing and important each person is and have felt an inclination to be of service. It is much easier to be understanding and forgiving of people when you see them as spirit in human form, but each person's journey is different. This is mine at this point in time.
