Issues with these buds:
Case:
1. Doesn't show caller ID (renders the case pointless since calls can be managed on the buds).
2. Notification preview only lasts for a sec, and no way to see it again. So if u aren't looking at the case the second the notification arrives you can't see it.
3. Needs unlocking to check time/battery. A clock on the lock screen would be helpful.
4. No option to turn off display to save case battery.
5. Picking up a call keeps the case display on infinitely draining the battery.
6. Can't rearrange case tile order.
7. Only displays 1 custom EQ. Switching between custom EQs requires phone access.
Would love to see custom ANC level and ambient aware toggle on the display (currently requires app).
Buds:
1. Music resumes when removing a bud from a ear while paused on laptop.
2. Talkthrough mode makes music inaudible and lacks volume control, rendering it unusable.
3. Voice Aware amplifies background noise alongside the user's voice, making it annoying sometimes.
4. Smart talk buggy. When u tart singing the song, it turns on talkthrough mode in which u can't hear the music (so I end up missing my fav part of the music when I start singing😭)
4. No option to enable ANC during calls.
5. Tap-and-hold for Google Assistant lacks activation sound, making confirmation unclear.
6. Single-tap play/pause control accidentally triggers frequently.
I hope Tracking Tech English can help reach this feedback to JBL

The mids feel recessed. the highs sound crystal clear.
Overall you enjoy the music more and you can definitely feel the quality and clarity of sound with these, but the singers voice is a bit suppressed

Have u ever used any JBL product they are way more reliable. I have JBL TWS for 5 years and they r still working even after multiple drops even left one is broken in half. And the sound quality is way better then oppo and audio quality is traffic is way ahead of oppo and others.

It has a few cases in which it shines: when using it with pc/ console u can use eq and ambient aware, you dont need to wait till the phone app fully loaded, because the case is smaller then your phone and its simpler Menu you might instead pull out your case instead of your phone. But all preferences.
