  • Hello everyone
    Today we are going to experiment with how tungsten grinding angle affects pipe welding.
    After watching a video about tungsten grinding angles before, today's video will help you understand what's going on.
    The length of the melt pool should also be checked in the experiment, but it was excluded because there were too many variables.
    I'll make a comment about the melt pool length after I find a way to reduce the variable.

    There was a slight impact during the experiment at a 45 degree angle. So the length of the melt pool is not accurate. The length of the melt pool is also important. However, due to the large number of variables, it was excluded from the measurement. We'll find a way to reduce the variable and show you later.

      안녕하세요
      최근에 알곤용접에 관심이 생겨 몇년전영상부터 챙겨보고 있는데요
      회사에서 각관을 용접해서 배드를 만듭니다
      일반적인 적재대나 그런걸 만드는게 아닌 농막의 바닥기초라고 해야할까요?
      이건 돌리지도 못하고 그자리서 수평수직 용접을 해야하는 상황입니다
      아!!저는 용접사는 아니고 일반아크용접을 쪼금 할줄아는정도입니다
      아크나 co2보다 열량이 작다고 해서 배워보고 있긴한데
      각관 수직용접을 하는걸 아직 다루지 않으신거 같아서 한번해보심 어떠실지해서 조심스레 말을 꺼내봅니다
      물어볼건 많은데 댓글창에다 질문했다가는 지루하셔서 패스하실거 같네요 ㅎㅣㅎㅣ

    谢谢分享!我刚开始自学焊接,感觉氩弧焊的操作好像有些难度......不但要注意电流的大小,还要注意氩气流量的大小,瓷嘴的内径大小和钨针露出瓷嘴的长度、钨针顶端研磨的角度......能够独立操作氩弧焊并且焊出完美的焊缝需要点真功夫啊!

    영상 잘보고 있습니다. 텅스텐 봉의 굵기에 따른 차이는 없을까요?
    어떨때 굵은 것을 쓰면 유리하고
    어떨때는 가는것을 쓰는것이 좋다 ..이런 경우는 없나요?
    그냥 전류으리 세기만으로 조절 이 되니까 아무거나 써도 된다 일까요

    Your comparison with the different grinding angles is really great. But I think you have to consider different current strengths. I think there will be other "winners" depending on the current strength.

    하고지비님 철박판은 제살용접이 불가능한가요? 서스는 잘되는데 철은 표면도 더러워지고 슬래그 기공 핀홀 계속 나오네요 모서리는 제살 되는거같구여 ..

      페파날로 코팅된 면 갈아서 하면 됩니다. 철도 외부 코팅되어있어서 알곤으로 할땐 외부표면 다 갈아야합니다.
