How to Make a Caramel Cake with Caramel Frosting

- Pre-Heat oven 325 degrees bake 1 hour and 20 mins
Cake Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups softened butter
3 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt (if using salted butter, use 1/2 tsp salt)
6 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
Frosting Ingredients:
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can of condensed milk
Directions:
Cook butter, sugar and whipping cream over medium heat, stirring.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat add vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
Drizzle or pour over cake.
If frosting gets hard thin then add a little whipping cream.

My first time watching I found a few more recipes of caramel cake my husband has been longing for a caramel cake. His Neice bought him one from Kroger's in Clarksville Tennessee for his birthday and she's no longer with us and he's reminded of her with a caramel cake so I want to make him one he's been longing for one and I can cook I just never made a caramel cake and want it to be perfect for him and my family.
