- Knott's Berry Farm Park Update for May 29, 2024.
Summer Nights entertainment has started but the event, along with Ghost Town Aliive do not officially start until June 14.
Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant is celebrating 90 Yeaes with a variety of events this year.
Ghostrider, the Calico Mine Ride, and Sky Cabin were closed.
It has been announced that the Camp Snoopy Theater and Woodstock's Airmail are NOT coming back anytime soon. The rest of the new attractions in Camp Snoopy has had its open date pushed back from Memorial Day to "Summer."

Do you guys remember the eléctrico blast at the reflection lake ?
The summer ice shows were awesome. The park is too busy on weekends for them to let that awesome theater sit there 11 months a year.
I wish they would add a show back in there during the summer!
I think one of the things I miss the most about California since moving to Texas is Knotts and the OC beaches.
I would definitely miss the theme parks if I were to move away!

This poor park is such a mess right now. How they managed to botch a project two years in a row is beyond me. The delay of Summer Nights is another insane decision. Miss Murphys just sitting there with no announcement. No kick off events and food previews.
I sadly just seeing it get worse with the merger. With the lack of entertainment I find myself going less and less.

Knott's definitely has had a lot of capital improvement projects going on lately. Also also proud to display the flag in the video and appreciate the National Anthem playing at opening each morning at the park.

The new attractions will open as they are finished. The train looks like it could be any time now.
Boomtown was by Cirque Mechanics. They are based in Henderson Nevada. I think the boysenberry chocolate cookie was at Wilderness Dogs buring the Boysenberry Festival.
You are correct on both. We were told after the cookies were from Boysenberry Festival. Somehow, I missed that during the festival.
Seems like all of the delays have cut into the budget a little. I wonder how they will use chilling chambers this year if the area for the theater is still dirt and ditches. Plus, I wonder if they will keep the wilderness bar for scary farm instead of building the Origins maze. They can make more money selling drinks! Great update!
Someone posted in a FB group today that construction for Scary Farm will be starting soon in the Dance Hall.

I have been wondering that al well. They can probably finish off a path with concrete quickly and reconfigure the walls.

Great update! I've heard you and others talking about the return of the midnight buffet during Scary Farm. Will there still be a booffet before with the early entry like last year?
In the past, they had both. The Pre-Scare is very popular, don't seem them cutting that. Looking forward to doing both!
