- I bought me a tiny portable CharGriller Patio Pro 1616 and decided to create an assembly tutorial. The directions were in Spanish only which was fun.

I could not have put this grill together without your video! I'm a 66 year old lady and I watched your video and put the grill together by myself. Thank you!
Thank you.. instructions given would never have been figured out!!! OMG
Just got done putting this grill together thanks to your video!! Thank you soo much! Would have never of got it done with the instructions it came with
Omg I'm glad I found you! Would've taken me 10 years to assemble this if I did it by myself, thank you!

Your video was SOO helpful. Could not have succeeded in this assembly without your guidance. Thanks!
Hey, Guy, this video was awesome! Much better than a couple of the others that I looked at before starting. I'm rather proud of myself as I'm a 72 year old woman and have always enjoyed putting things together. I did an almost perfect job--the grill have a bit of a lean, but totally my own fault and I'm not about to take it apart and redo it. Thank you so much!
I would absolutely not have been able to put this grill together without your step by step instructions. Thank you SO MUCH, you've helped so many people including myself. I wish you all of the best!!! You've gained a new subscriber, I'll never forget your video!
Used this to put together my 1515 model, awesome level of detail

Thank you so much for this detailed tutorial! We purchased the Chargriller Patio Pro Model 1515 on sale at our local grocery store and had NO idea on how to put it together. This was so helpful!! :) Thank you and please continue demoing for YT.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks Man! Your instructions was on point!! The only time that I had look at the instructions was for the little shelf and the only reason why I had to do that was because my shelf was not assembled like yours. But it didn't take too long to figure it out.
Awesome, so glad to help out.
Thanks bro, you're a life saver
You saved our grilling reputation. Those instructions on paper were like a different language lol
Thank you thank you!!!! Looking at the instructions I never would have gotten this done you save me soooo much time.
You're welcome!! Glad this was helpful!
Great video! Thank You 🙏😎
Glad to help.
Thank you for your video, it helped me and my husband assemble our grill without arguing with one another lmao.
Wow, I didn't know my video would provide such value. I need to remember that one. "My videos are a solution to avoid bickering!!"
@@ThisGuyProductions FACTS!!! Only those in a relationship will know lol
Thank you...my mini grill adventure started with getting two "Big Box Store" deliveries that were damaged... I sent the first one back. Decided I'd rescue the second one because i was going to fix the known rusting and leakage issue anyway. BEFORE ASSEMBLY: (1) cleaned the unit to remove any preservation coating, dirt, and oils (2) used grapeseed oil to season the grill racks (3) sealed the leak paths with high temp epoxy (4) covered the black paint with 3 light coats 1200 deg rustoleum black (5) covered the internal unpainted? areas with 2000 deg CLEAR Rustoleum. (6) Heat cured the paint for over 4 hours (7) WITH THE GUIDANCE HERE, I Assembled the grill (8) added a temperature gauge.. which looks great. (9) added high temp grill seal insulation around lid, and charcoal drawer to keep heat and smoke under control as much as possible (8) painted all internal screws post assembly, however the heat cure for the screws will be during live action (9) lined the ash catcher with reynolds "grilling" aluminum foil, which will be replaced as needed but is intended to keep the corrosive ashes in check and make ash cleanup a snap.... TO DO (10) ordered real wheels, will paint the wheel spokes AND grill handle red to match the beautifil Char-Griller badge (11) ordered three firebricks which will be shaped to allow an adjustable charcoal partition and also hold heat and stabilize fluctuations... from zero to one to three bricks can be used.. ... I just decided to address the known grill corrosion resistance and leaks issue. The thermometer, firebricks, and seals kick it up quite a few notches... it should work great for my purpose... which is steak searing and grilling, and other quick meals... with a small and quick cleanup effort..
Thanks bud purchased this same grill glad i found your video before assembly made it a breeze.👍🍗🍔😁 🔥

Took me longer to find somebody actually showing assembly instruction than it did putting it together. God only knows how long it would have taken seeing the damn thing didn't come with instructions
Thx
Thanks man, very helpful. Made it super easy.
Glad this was useful! I grill more often now that I am using this smaller option.
You’re the man!!! Thank you!
Great job Mark.
Thanks G Potter.
nope you are not ready to grill yet, my manual for the Maverick model E1016 says to season the cast iron grates, bring the grill to 450 degrees for 20 minutes, remove the grates from the grill and coat with Flaxseed oil or veg oil on both sides and return grates to the grill for another 20 minutes and repeat this step for up to 5 times to season the grates, add charcoal to maintain temp as needed, after that you are now ready to cook, that info is from the owners manual that came with my grill
Thanks Butch. You are totally correct. Seasoning a grill or an expensive cooking pan is always required. Most of us just skip it and start grilling anyway.
You can season the grates in a conventional oven and save yourself a bunch of charcoal and time doing manual temperature maintenance.
The recommendation for the grill in this video has the seasoning process at a much lower temperature for a longer period of time, and also advises you to oil the interior metal surfaces of the grill.
Thank you 🙏
Awesome. Thanks!
Gracias me sirvió bastante aunque el mío era el 1515 si me sirvió , gracias por el video amigo
As Texan, I agree 👍
Thanks😊
Nice very helpful. Good Job!
Thanks BoomBoom
Coolio👍
thanks!
Thanks bro
Glad to help Jeff.
We had the two sliver screws left over. After looking through the manual again and again, I can’t find where to use them. Are they just extra parts or did I miss something? Thanks!
Tiny screws right? If you recall, they were in the sealed "side table" bag of screws. I just assumed they have other models and the sealed bag is used accross several models.
thanks for this
You're welcome
I have the 1416, will this be close enough to guide me threw?
Hey Zuz420, they look almost identical. I would say yes.
So was th barrel already put together out th box?
It was. Did yours come in parts?
Thanks! Is more easy like that
Glad to know this was helpful! Thanks for your support.
Video starts at 1:20
Thanks.
I can’t figure out how to work the cotter pin
Check out this image. Your cotter pin inserts similar to this: www.dreamstime.com/abstract-image-rusted-old-cotter-pin-fly-wheel-rusted-old-cotter-pin-abstract-image124829526
I struggled with the cotter pin too until I saw holes in the wheel stem!! Push the pin through those to secure the wheel and washer on the ci E1515!! Voila!! That’s so much for the tutorial, I’m almost done!!👏👏👏👏
$79 at heb
Yup. I think that's how much I paid.
Only here because they didn’t manufacture the holes for the latch system for my grill and I was going insane to find where to put it😂😂
Yikes, that's not good. Usually mfrs will send replacement parts if you call them.
