I made two dishes with leftover roast duck

Here are two dishes you can make from overnight leftover roast duck - stir fry roast duck with plum sauce, and salted vege with roast duck bone soup.

I make large batches of soup and preserve it in mason jars with my pressure canner. I'm going to give this recipe a try with a frozen duck from the supermarket that I plan on roasting soon. The label says it's got a package of orange sauce in the body cavity.

Good ideas, ty. I just made a huge pot of duck stock from the carcass for soups, seitan, to make couscous and rice and for marinatibf soy curls. Plus I rendered all the duck fat. So yummy.
