He probably has over 1000 hours or more in Isaac. With that amount of time anyone is bound to hit good runs. Also, he does his damnedest to rig with every little bit of resource he has.

Probably due to he never stick to Fresh Big titles, he said himself he never interested in Big games like God of war, Howards Legacy (except Elden ring)
He's not even a indie title player (he said he doesn't like the fact Pizza tower's a speed run type game, Dead cell, he said Monster train is too tame, etc...)
He knew that playing horror games and scream like a dumbass or play big titles would attract larger audience, yet he stick to what he likes
While I respect his opinion, being picky does come with a price sometime.
