Klown March I think it’s called. Yeah watching this for the first time back in the day had that song stuck in my head. The main theme is also really catchy by The Dickies
It was produced with 2 million dollars that's not very low budget. The Evil Dead was produced for 375 thousand dollars just 7 years before Killer klowns.
What a cool story and such a lucky guy to show up as an extra and be permanently cemented into Hollywood history. I also had no idea they glued the mask shut on the actors. This movie has seriously only gotten better with age.
The most underrated Horror movie to date. I remember watching this on Halloween in 2000 I had just turned 10 and watched it with my younger brother and my brother in law. Fell in love immediately.
37 years later and my 4 year old loves it and is building spaceships with his magnatiles and acting like the yellow ones are popcorn that move and turn into monsters 😂
Killer Klowns from Outer Space has been my favorite movie ever since I first saw the Kill Count of it, I would’ve never believed my dream that it would get a re-count could come true :D
It's one of my favorite movies to watch in October. Killer Klowns from Outer Space, The 'Burbs and The Monster Squad are my top 3...I also enjoy Gremlins 1 and 2, but I usually watch those in December. Apparently I prefer horror comedies over straight up horror.
I just had my kids watch this last night with me and they loved it one of my all-time favorites I'm 40 years old so it's still going strong they'll probably be showing it till their kids one day 😄 we cannot forget these old classic movies because not for them we wouldn't be where we are today
Alligator (1980) and Jaws (1975) and Tremors (1990) all three of them are my all time favorite monster movies and it's because as a kid i considered all three of them a lot alike as well:).
This is a classic I watch this when I was a kid (first scary movie) and loved it and still Ioce it to this day if I am friends with anyone who has not seen it we watch together and everyone that I know loves it just like me 😮
,For this Low Budget Film. I have to Say... IT is One of The BEST! Horror Movies! IN TRUE 80s. STYLE! you can even watch it with ur kids! BUT I would say anywhere from age 13 in up! NOT! for Young Age Children. Unless, they are into Horror, Special Effects, and Killer Klowns! 😲👻👀
Always kewl to get more behind the scenes intel from this movie! Which Klown or Klowns did he play though? They unfortunately don’t say on IMDb or anything.
@@josefwestberg yeah but the pies were acid pies before, so did the survivors melt or just get hit by regular pies? And people are saying the killer clowns survived, if so, where's the sequel?

Animatronic heads with klown head molds. That’s what you see in all the close ups when they close their eyes and move their mouth and such. Chiodo Brothers are well known practical effects geniuses
Now that wouldn't be so bad if the suits themselves weren't filled with crossbeams, wires and animatronic devices especially around the facial area. So, you could imagine having your head forcefully pressed inside one of those could cause a bit of discomfort... and death. Uh, the only parts of you that would likely see the light of day again would be your eyeballs and teeth when the pop out the front of the mask
Yup it was very low budget but I was invested af. The music that plays when they make their way into town is badass

@@SuperTiaanBro I guess so. Evil dead is a much better movie and it had a fraction of that budget. 2 million sounded like a lot for a "low budget"
Those masks sound scary too wear lol
Like your first time putting on a football helmet or motorcycle helmet shyt scared me like hell 😂
Nothing wrong with wearing masks
Favorite horror movie of all time

"Popcorn? Why Popcorn?!"
"Because they're klowns! That's why!"
Best movie from the 80's. Loved watching it on VHS. 🤡🎪
Awesome 80s movie
Met him in San Antonio and he took a picture of me and my puppets. Such a nice guy!
That’s insane, low budget back then and still able to execute as well as they did. I still love this movie
I'm so excited for the game man. Just showed it to my sister and she's on the hype train with me
I have a bad feeling it ends up like tcm. I love tcm, but man it died so fast.
