Sir, myself Vishal Singh, Inspector of Income Tax, presently posted in Nashik. I have visited a tarpaulin manufacturing unit. The owner has elaborated that up to 420 GSM we will add quality and after that only weight and money.
He has also agreed for providing round shape tarpaulin for 4 diameter. The approx cost for such one round tarpaulin of 440 GSM is RS. 3600 to RS. 4000/_. I have ordered 10 tanks.

I have bought a sunsun blower with 120 litres of air per minute capacity for 7900 plus 1000 postage to Punjab.
Seller is from Chennai. Aquasstar company. Found the deal to be cheapest . Same blower on Amazon costs around 13000.
तारपोलिन का रेट बिल्कुल सही बोला, 80 पैसे से 1 रुपया तक लीटर, वही HDPE 1.20 रुपये से 1.50 रुपये तक।
400 से 420 लास्ट gsm होता है जो ये लोग 700 gsm की बात कर रहे है।

१। HDPE , LDPE , GEOMEMBRANE , इन तीनो मटेरियल का 500 GSM में कितने का मिलेगा। रेट मेरा मतलब
२। इन तीनो में कौन सा सही रहेगा। मछली के लिए कौन सा केमिकल फ्री होता है।
३। हीट गन ५०० GSM को जोड़ने के लिए कितने वाट का होना चाहिए।
४। अगर आपके तारपोलिन बनाने वाले कोई सस्ती और टिकाऊ हीट गन के बारे में बता दे। क्यूंकि उनहे बेहतर जानकारी होगी इस विषय में।
हमने LEISTER ब्रांड का पता किया था लेकिन रेट 18000 है।

Second thing is about tarpaulin
for tarpaulin we need not to go to Korea or Indonesia it's available in India as well, basically it's PVC coated waterproof tarpaulin. And geomebrane is nothing but tarpaulin only with very low permeability synthetic membrane Or sheet (low leakage rate) cost wise it's higher side than the tarpaulin but life also more than tarpaulin. Thanks🙏

In previous video you have cleared about the tank size less than 2mtr and more than 4mtr. But I am confused about the water depth yet.In 4mtr diameter tank If we make the tank height 130cm and put the water up to 120cm then the tank can hold about 15000 litres of water. In this way we can hold more fishes in small area. But I don't know the 1.2mtr water depth effects on fishes. Sir would you please make clear about this as you have cleared about the diameter and round vs square for all of us your viewers. As I have very small piece of land but very much interested to do the bioflock fish farming after watching your videos. Thank you.

We added sea salt when we develope biofloc, if brackish water than can I make biofloc
b.w. is less salty than sea water so i think you can do but need to check ph and other parameters.
PVC sheet ( tar poling) is good for bio floc tank
