Chuck and Blair scheming in Gossip Girl 4x14

These two scenes are from Gossip Girl 4x14 "Panic Roommate"
In Episode 4x10 Chuck and Blair mutually agreed to put their relationship aside for the time being so in this episode they are trying to interact as "friends". Blair is trying to succeed at W Magazine and is afraid her stressed out boss Epperly will give her a bad performance review. Chuck is trying to save Bass Industries from the Thorpes by trying to get Raina Thorpe to fall in love with him.
I have to say this episode highlights three things to me:
1) Blair needs victories to be really happy and fulfilled. She's a very goal oriented character. I don't think she'd ever be completely happy either being a fairytale Princess or arguing about art all day. She needs to dominate and have power. She's an empire building general.
2) My gosh these two are amoral twisted and ambitious beyotches. lol. 'Blair is basically trying to get him to have sex with a woman to help further her goals (just like how she wanted him to have sex with Vanessa in 2x07 and how she wanted Nate to have sex with women for her goals too.) As for Chuck: When she tells him that after he hooks her and reels her in, he should "gut her emotionally and throw the carcass overboard"? He says with admiration "You really do have a gift" lol
3) They are made for one another. Is there any doubt? lol

I loved how he used to talk in s1-2 but he changed his voice and i found it rlly annoying
