Is the vacuum able to avoid? Will the cable get tangle around the mop? 2) Also, try to power off the base station and then power on again, see if the apps loses the vacuum and expect you to re activate the vacuum? 3)try to let the vacuum go across a floor Matt, like to outside the bathroom and see if it get tangle up. Looking forward to your test
