    is it possible to use Air as the coolant

      SOLIDWORKS Plastics does not have a fluid 'air' in the default list of coolants. You could create a user-defined fluid for Air. Coolants in SOLIDWORKS Plastics use constant values for Specific Heat, Thermal Conductivity, Specific Volume, and Viscosity, so you'll have to make sure you're okay with those assumptions. It may work, but it could require some testing to get it right.
