You then wait for a high alert storm or tornado to appear- they usually spawn around Autumn. Once you're within its range, you input up up, down down, left right, left right, B, A and Vanity's Almight should appear. Make sure to stock up on status effect healing items, it'll often cast Silence and paralysing attacks.
With Scarlet and Violet in hindsight, yea. But this went too hard for anything pokemon prior to now. Outright sounds like it could've been an actual KH track from back then tho, lol
