I am based in bangalore and it feels good when I hear people saying they wished they were from Tamil Nadu and when they talk positive about the way politics is delt in tamil nadu. I too feel proud about removing caste names as our second name. Hope we will be known for being the first one in eradicating body shaming and racism too.
Same with me.I lived in Tamil Nadu for 30 years since my childhood. Not only caste but also class/status prejudices are not visible. Human values and hard work were given importance compared to the other places in which I have lived.
