I think the idol guy regretted and wanted you to take picture of him and his members for promotion of his idol group and CZcams channel but he’s too shy to ask. The agency excuse is just absurd especially when he said he just opened an CZcams channel
The Agency's not absurd, since they tell you whether or not they can open the channel on CZcams, that helps them promote the group and get to know the members more...
Idols aren't allowed to take pictures or give autographs by agency until they become huge or if they are still an undebut group. It's there in the contract. He showed their CZcams channel and have talk with them to promote their group and I think there's nothing wrong to talk and promote the group.
I think he just liked her. He did say she was very pretty and looked like a model instead of a photographer. He was shy because he found her attractive but couldn't really say anything because he's an idol, so he kept awkwardly coming back just to see what happens.
Actually I'm pretty sure it's more that Idols aren't allowed to let photographers take pictures of them without the agency's consent, approving the photo. But idk

I'm Japanese Canadian and I have a tip for Manny. He's coming off sounding borderline rude and impatient when he says "shashing okay desu ka?" This is because he's using westernized young slang to approach elders. While in Japan you guys need to address strangers with Honorifics because it's an honor that they should pose for you in the first place. You should use 'Okyakusama' or 'Okyakusan' if you're approaching them with a service. Or let someone who fully understands Japanese culture ask for you. As Westerners we have the tendency to think that we can barge into other cultures with our ways of life and language expecting everyone to give us whatever we want when we want it. This is a prime example of why that is not true.
I had to cringe sooo hard in this video, these people where so rude! Speaking and adressing people wrong and not even a small bow to thank them. They make westernes look bad If they behave like that. (sorry for my mediocre english, its not my first language)

Glad you noticed that too. I can’t finish this video after only watching 5mins of it... I know they’re not Japanese but I wished they would have taken 10 minutes to search up how to properly approach people (especially elders). I guess this was a great learning experience though..
Not to blame the girl living in Japan, but she should have known better, especially since she is fluent in Japanese. Of course you can mistakes and I know that Japanese people do not correct foreigners, but she could have. It is a supercool idea, but it made me very uncomfortable to watch. I am not nearly fluent in Japanese, but I am learning it on-off for several years. I spot the mistakes they made immediately. I hope they do this again and will learn from this, though.
And that with the idol... I think he just came back to talk a bit in English and connect with people outside from Japan. Honestly. And he even brought a friend with him the third time. But sure, he wanted his picture taken very desperately... ^^;;

When you're in Korea and you're trying to atleast see the idol for 10 seconds, then you see Jessica in Japan running into the same idol 3 times a day and even talking to him :'D
For everyone wondering, the idols were from a jpop group called 9bic. The guy that kept coming back is most likely Minato because of the freckle below his eye. I also checked their group Instagram page and there is a picture of a member wearing the same Gucci Rhyton sneakers. The other member that appeared later in the video is probably Kotaro. Tbh, I have no idea if it's him or not. There isn't any really any noticeable feature other than that he's is a taller than Minato (?) by quite a bit and he has a tiny hoop earring on one ear which can be commonly found worn on Kotaro in his personal Instagram account. Even so, hoop earrings are very common, so I'm not sure lol. I apologize if I'm wrong, but I hope this helps haha.

true, the portraits were really pretty, but a full body would have been an amazing shot of their complete look
100% agree, I do not understand the choice for the portrait shots at all, composistions looked so balanced out with the complete outfits and the surroundings, but whenever the final shot would flash up I was really disapointed they captured so few of it
