Option A is actually not a possible point of view of the given combination of Dice with-
Circle on top is not possible with 5-Dots on the right side of Triangle in a single frame.
Because, Circle symbol on the top with 5-Dots symbol in a single frame is only possible if Single-Dot is on the Left of 5-Dots.
Combination - Top-Circle; Left-Single-dot; Right-5-Dots.
