So this is not a problem or anything and it's completely normal , As a roblox car developer This problem occurs mostly from the ClearCoat [ which makes the car look realistic if im not mistaken ] So basically the car has a smooth material that makes everything shine on it so if it gets near any lightning nearby that's what gave the problem to the car and made it super shiny
Fun fact I had this same problem and I fixed it by praying to God to fix it and 2 secs later it fixed itself all of you don't have to believe me but if you have this problem id consider doing it!
it happens to me a lot, when the assets do not load in correct order it sometimes doesn't load the sky, the default roblox sky is too shiny. the one in gv isn't as shiny.
Agreed my game has the old gv sky omg this difference is huge and it even has bullhorn challenger I think I was prancer but I'm not sure lol I don't own many Dodge's in gv but I have more options but I need to add chassis to them the other cool one would be Audi A4/A6 rs Avant and there is more cheaper vehicles which isn't in game and this includes junkyard vehicles I can make them drivable if you ever want to play just let me

Oh no the developer is making an new sky box and I think he accidentally released it he does do that quite a bit but he do fix it quite fast
