As a person who has been through the process of moving to 5D in the past 2 years , i tell you we did a huge amount of healing traumas inside of us ,and when you do heal the shadow , with the kundalini force that make you do that with bringing up the shadow ,then you become pure light that you once were .
Its all about integrating the shadow and healing the wounds so you see who you are .

It is just a label over the actual mysterious phenomenon of existence and conscious awareness itself, not the word but the experience of just existing is one people are not taught to reflect upon or ignore in favor of external gratification of the world. It is a radical alteration of ones perception of reality, yourself, them being interconnected and why they are happening.
It is not a shift in physical reality, but a shift in awareness understanding itself and the complex structures of self and identity, the ego complex, what creates this, what allows it to exist, what it does, and how to potentially reconcile the negative aspects ignored by the world through the experience of seeing it as a phenomenon interconnecting ones existence to reality and this internalized world of thought, dream, imagination, and the persona of self. It is not a higher or lower level of consciousness. This is an ego driven statement and one of comparison. It is an imagined difference. Consciousness and awakening is just a simple recognition of what simply is. You cannot put a word or expression on existence. And the fact that things are all simultaniously just existing. In space. Its miraculous and paradoxical to the degree it cannot be defined by words, that is why poetry and arts exist. Its an expression of form within formlessness, an ephemeral happening. An illussion of time in one vast eternal moment, things come and go and its all energy just transmutating and evolving in and out of transient states of form and formless space. Its terrifying, beautiful, and benevolent all at once. It has no connection to a word or belief, it is just the bedrock of reality. Its a physical dream. A dream given physical form. Your mind and awareness are a master key of sort. But even the key is an idea.

I think most have a hard time with getting to worked up about thinking of future events not understanding its like a fluid always shifting and moving, most cannot get a past absolute mind set
3D is three dimensions of measurement, height, width, and depth. We are not in 3D as 3D is a frozen moment in time, like a single frame of a movie. Squaring 3D results in another dimension of measurement - TIME! Think of a hypercube. We do not live in 4D either because if that were true we could not think outside time and would therefore be incapable of REASON. So square the hypercube and now your mind is free to "measure" or rather, consult, other realities. This allows us to plot and project through time and space by making choices - should I take the left fork in the road or the right, for example. 5D thinking is anytime you sit and meditate on your higher self in the future and you begin asking yourself, "How did I get there?" For example, If your INTENTION is to become a multimillionaire, you ask your "higher self" the self in your future, how they got there, and you figure out all the needed steps. You then use your WILL to take those steps, recalculating your plans if necessary, in order to achieve success. Nonthinkers tend to lose out in life while others are playing 5D chess.

Ra; Law of One - already in Book 1 the different Ds are lightly described. They are all related to awareness/consciousness. Animals are or may be striving for 3D in the sense they want to become aware of the Self. Self-awareness.
We are moving into heart sentenced aka 4D. And 5D may be described as unity-oneness consciousness.
Personally I have run into different perspectives on the Ds but related to 3D it is conditional love, 4D unconditional love. And lastly agape or Godly/Divine LOVE.
I find it confusing about when we pass through here do we have a choice to stay in a void? A heavenly realm? Or being attached to this world?
“The New Earth” and “5D ascension” come from the work of Dolores Canon. I think A LOT of the new age concepts came from her work and are then expanded on. I think it helps to have some context and if you’re not familiar with her, you should definitely look into her writings which are basically compiled from her work with hypnosis and her clients actually kind of channeling deeper knowledge while they are “under”. Personally I am a bit torn when I read her stuff on whether I believe it or not. Some stuff feels really spot on and other stuff not so much. I do think that much of this discussion is taken kind of out of context. And I think that a lot of people are misled about this. Vibration is a big piece. Also the whole “women are better”…I don’t think that’s how it is meant at all and is being misunderstood.
From what I understand, 4D being is someone able to live without bound by the flow of time. The being can go to all the possibilities of a particular universe but bound only by that one universe (example, our known universe). A 5D being can navigate in multiverse's all possibilities and even create universe. A 6D being is out of my understanding.

4, 5 and 6 are about time. So if you can see into the 5th dimension, you can see into the future. Time is now a line instead of a single point. 6th dimensional and you start being able to see all the wierd alternate timelines where the U.S. invaded Mexico. Now you can see more than just backwards and forwards in terms of time. You can see the depth of time. 3 dimensions of space, 3 of time, and 5 of the multiverse.

It is faith and belief in ourselves, or in others, that moves mountains. If enough minds focus and believe, then waveform collapses and it more likely to manifest or become true. A single mind can determine the spin of atomic structures. Imagine a thousand or a billion minds decide to determine reality? With enough will, focus, and force things can bend to our will. The key is knowing in hyper detail of what we want to manifest, and also understand we are watched by things that would keep us asleep and in strife. A freed humanity is their destruction, either actively or passively.
It’s not possible by most ancient text those who understand those teachings to jump from one level of dimension to another on your own let alone skip one ie 3 to 5. I highly doubt any human today is living in 5th but it sounds good. Think critically and independently.

My own perspective on this is that knowing nothing about the new age community, 5D is moving back and forth between two points in time. If we think about dimensions 1, 2, and 3 they are about space, 4, 5 and 6 are about time. 7, 8 and 9 relate to other universes and 10 and 11 are wacky.
We are all experiencing things in the 4th dimension. We can experience a single point in time. Raven from That's So Raven, is a 5th dimensional being, because she can see moments in time that havent even happened yet. Dr. Manhattan from Watchmen is a 6th dimensional being, bacause not only can he see into the future and the past, but he can see what all of his different actions will do to time at once. The universe is constantly splitting into other timelines; 6th dimensional beings can see into all those different timelines but only for a singular universe.
Edit: Also everyone is 5th dimensional to a degree. Every time you dont speed in front of a cop because you are afraid of being pulled over, you are doing 5th dimensional thinking. You are thinking about a point in time outside of the one you are in.

Do you know the real problem with New Age people? I am glad you asked.
So, the problem with New Age is the exact same as the one with religion, philosophy, science, etc. They all want to bring about a new consciousness or type of awareness, but it so happens that:
a) they cannot define what the heck that is;
b) they don't really know the way to get there, but only guess it's their own biased way;
c) they all are based on repression, which means that they repress some of the 4 psychic functions (thinking, feeling, "intuition", and sensations).
For example, religion usually privileges the feeling function, and even intuition, if they are more mystical, to the detriment of the other two. New age is about intuition, spiritual knick-knacks, some times psychedelics, and mostly, superficial and corny feelings. Material sciences do the other way around. And so on and so forth with other areas of knowledge.
See the point? They all reject some aspect of the human psyque, because all of them cannot surpass duality, although they usually rant a lot about non-duality. But non-duality, that is, Christ consciousness and psychological integration is specially attained by not focusing on a void concept of non-duality, but rather, by being extremely conscious of all duality inside of us and all around of us. So, repression functions against shadow integration and evolution, bringing about all evil in the world. The focus should be balance between the masculine and feminine archetypes, in order to reach an androgynous type of awareness which integrates the 4 functions and brings about the fifth one , the ether and the quintessential state of awareness.
You see, Christ consciousness is that fifth state of the matter, based on a syzygy (Autogenes, for the gnostics). Christ is actually Christos-Sophia, the differentiated Adam&Eve, after their fall from the Garden of Eden. And the way to the androgynous is through the development of the repressed feminine in humanity (Eve, Zoe, Sophia, Shekina Asherah, Noreia, Pammeter, the Great Mother, Virgin Mary, you name it).
In fact, the feminine Shekina or Sophia were both chirurgically removed from the Kabbalah and the Bible, and "El-Shaddai", where "Shaddai" means ‘God, the breasted one" (from 'shad', which literally means 'breast') was separated from its masculine "El" counterpart by the religious patriarchy, morphing the androgynous whole God into the degenerate masculine Yahweh, which is none other than the Demiurge or Yaldabaoth.

Your not understanding the use of the terminology doesn't necessarily mean it is wrong or that it is being used wrong. Ascending/ shifting to 5 D/ new Earth/ New Frequency/ the splitting or shifting of timeliness is more about shifting frequencies and each individuals personal perception of that.
Think of the multiverse in layers on top of layers, each " dimesion" is and has it's own set of frequencies that can exist there, or vibrate there. Some only have one frequency some have many. Like a bubble within a bubble to simplify. Shifting or ascending to 5 D, is basically raising/ changing/ shifting our own personal frequency to match/ vibrate, on a different level/ plane/ bubble version of Earth than the one we are currently experiencing/ vibrating at/ in. The vernacular will always change depending on each individuals level of perception and or understanding. And much like you and what you are trying to get across to us, this is just my personal " perception " of what the shift/ ascension/ 5D/ New Earth/ New frequency is/ will be.
