NY Firefighters Save Woman Hanging Outside 20-Story Window

- An absolutely heart-stopping scene occurred in midtown Manhattan on Nov 5, when FDNY firefighters rescued a woman who was dangling outside a 20-story window.
The woman, identified as Christina Foti, hung from the building for approx 5 full minutes in an attempt to escape smoke from a nearby fire that had engulfed her apartment. Two firefighters were lowered to Foti via ropes, and helped navigate her to safety and into a lower apartment in the building.
‘I would have died without them,’ Christina Foti told the NY Daily News from a nearby hospital, where she is making her recovery. ‘They saved my life. I’m very, very grateful.’

If you (or anyone else) posting actually KNEW this person - or ANY person In the media, you might think a little different. This young lady's actually very near to my residence, and people very close to me know her VERY well (a few years ago, someone else who was, and still is, very close to me, was the subject of conversation, amongst people, who saw a small clip of them. it was crazy, as one person's saying (the person in the video) is an 'ex of theirs', and they're 'dead...(they)... went to '(this person's) funeral'. I said, 'if you're so close, what's this person's REAL name? No reply. I also said the (supposed) 'ex' was sitting right next to me at that very moment (which was true). I'm NOT saying anything more, to give her unwanted publicity, other than what I've said, people's opinions are..most every time based not on reality, but, only a thin slice of it.
These people risk their lives on their own will and you thank god 😂😂😂
