For me it did not work, but that is mainly based on who read your letter, the person said that they are not able to refund purchases

If the item or clothing is content deleted you’ll be able to get a refund. But that’s if your item or clothing or any accessories you own is content deleted

Yeah I wouldn't recommend putting you got hacked while doing this roblox will think your asking for an account recovery and force you to reset your password however they will only restore the account once as a courtesy after that they will ban your account for your own safety. So think twice before trying this
