I have a question for Lance & Team... I think it would be great to address live someday. I've heard you say that if you're young, it's wise to dollar cost average into the S&P over the course of years and decades. My question is: Why would anyone do that instead of a 3x leveraged S&P? I mean... hell, if you could count on an average of say, 7% growth in the S&P over decades (please grant me this reasonable assumption), then simply investing in a 3x leveraged S&P would yield a Buffet-like 20% or so. Even a person at a mid level income could retire rich if he starts at 20.
