@@kjschuil Haaaah...thanks, but I suppose I really meant the floors, the walls, the ceiling, the woodstove, the construction, etc. Dolls and teddies I have aplenty! All of my kids leftovers. But thanks anyway.
@@elisekuby2009 I had a very precious (I mean for me) rather big white old bear with a nice red heart on his chest. As everybody of my family is gone for ever, I sent him to a Bear-museum to let him live longer for the pleasure of others (for mine also).❤
@@polyglot.basketer947 Even though my boys have been fully grown adults for a long time now, their eyes light up when they see their old teddies reposing in their teddy-sized chairs in the corner of the room. Openly they will also scoff at ole mom for being so sentimental, but I've caught the gleam in the eye at more than one occasion. Long live teddies and the people who love them.
Congratulation to your new home. That home is what we call a Sommarhus (Summerhouse). Its really a house not ment for winter living. Since ”bathroom” is outdoors. Water will freeze in winter ofcourse. Indoors it seems to have a wood heating atleast. But if that’s the only heating it got, you need to find an other heating solution before winter. Feeding the beast (wood heater) will be really annoying really fast. Second issue is ofcourse the outdoor bathroom. That also is a thing that needs to be either insulated, heated, or moved indoors before winter. But that’s a bigger project. Good luck. And I will subscribe.
Good tips indeed. I am busy now with getting myself a sceptic tank and building an indoor bathroom. And also airco or heat pump will be arranged to survive winters 😚
Beautiful traditional red swedish house. Small house dream. Is it your main residency, or considering to have it as a short term 3-season rental property sometime? Nice video and inspiring. Thanks for sharing. Cheers from Canada.
1:10 I hope you kept that cleverly triangular shaped table somewhere, it looks so both space saving, and at the same time capable of actually providing plenty of table space for its size. Either way, glad you found yourself a place.
530.000 Swedish Krones, € 48.000 But it was a heavy bidding fight. And suddenly I didn’t read anymore bids from the broker want then I noticed, when I took my bike for a ride, that it was a national bank holiday so no business activities. But even the next working day no more bids and I was the winner. 🏆 But…..then the broker and the owner were afraid I would not get a Swedish bank account in time. But I did ✨✨
What a beautiful little house, so charming and heartwarming... Congratulations
Hello 👋 from the USA what a charming cabin. It’s gorgeous & I love the exterior.
Such a charming cozy home💐
Love the cabin. Wish I had one to live in. It is beautiful! 😇
miss my grandmas and her sisters cottages and yes this is breathtaking
I love all of the old-fashioned things! The previous owners took great care of everything. What a treasure find.
so true! It's hard to through things away that have so much history, but that are not my taste. I have a lot of dolls, so if you want some 😃

Yes it must become my main residency 😇
But I need a sceptic tank first so I can build a bathroom 😇
Thanks for your comment 😚

Very nice! Are you planning to work/get a job over there or no? Lovey countryside!
Yes probably as a padel or tenniscoach, and Airbnb 🥳
Good luck to your
New Home! 🍀

Nice 😮😊❤
Ziet er geweldig uit KJ, het Guesthouse is helemaal fantastisch!
Gaaf heh?! 😄
Zelo lepo👌👌👌👏👏👏♥️♥️♥️
omg absolutely love it!
Sweet property!
That is so nice❤
Zucht, nu ben ik verliefd 🥰
I don't see a bathroom inside the house
It's not uncommon for there to be outhouses next to the cabins in Sweden.
You are right, there isn’t. It’s the first I want to build. But I will need a sceptic tank for that as there is no sewer system 😬
Did they have bathrooms 120 years ago in cottages?
Gefeliciteerd!
Mooi hoor Kees! Heb je ook een filmpje van het buitengebeuren? 🌲
It's a cottage, in Swedish en stuga. Not a cabin.
Thanks! Good to know 🙂👌
Ziet er goed uit! Met meubilair gekocht?
