Here’s some of my ideas for the rest of the Alien Force Aliens: Spidermonkey - Monkeyspider: A spider-like creature with monkey arms and legs, a monkey like head and is able to throw their crap (or bananas for a more PG approach) at opponents (which are explosive) Goop - The Stone: Completely solid creature which can barely be damaged. Alien X - Alien C: He’s very weak, but is able to fight pretty well and can use magic if Ben learns. He still needs to debate with Sucilleb and Aneres to do anything. Rath - Happi or Calm: A very calm, sane alien who speaks in a gentleman accent and is incredibly smart. He is a dog with claws like Rath’s on his feet. Lodestar - Repeller: He is able to repel any metal or thing around him, throwing them away. Nanomech - Macromech: A Giant alien bigger than canon Way Big able to shoot lasers and fly for small amounts of time.
You forgot Jetray and Brainstorm, so here's my idea: Jetray - Motorwolf: A wolf that can run at extream speed, being able to surpass 8RLX, even thought he loses his ability to fly and changes his neroshock energy for electric power. Brainstorm - Mindgame: He´s a lobster that has psykic abilities rather then electricity, and has claws big enought to break bones
Ideas for the rest of the aliens: Bulkwave:the opposite of brainstorm,he has super strength and can use his muscles to create tidal waves Fastbeam:the opposite of jetray,he's pretty much XLR8 but can shoot lasers out of his eyes Snakemoth:the opposite of spidermonkey,he can fly and shoot sticky goo out of his tail,and he also has super stealth like a snake Ter:the opposite of goop,he has a gooy clay like body that can harden at will,he can also shoot brick projectiles out of his hands,however,if goop's projector went near him,he'll absolutely get destroyed Alien Y:the opposite of alien x,he has the ability to control alternate universes,every universe except for the universe he's in,however,he can't destroy or create universes as a tradeoff

I feel like Alien X would have to be like Bizzaro. So he’d have to do the opposite of what he wants to do really be useful; Say he wanted to fix the dam in his debut episode, he tries to repair it but instead made it worse. If he wanted to fix it he’d have to believe he’d want to destroy it instead. For the personalities Bellicus & Serena, they wouldn’t be there, instead it’d be Ben’s own Personal Demons, that have no real influence on the body but instead are there to wear Ben down mentally as Fear of not being good enough to be the hero and the Inner Hatred of the villains he truly despises and believes killing them would be the better alternative. Ben would have free will the entire time but they’d be there to taunt him and make him doubt himself with all the power he has. In a messed up way he’d have to agree with what they’d say to actually do the good he wants Ex: The dam is open and flooding Hatred: Let them drown, they don’t deserve our help, We can do whatever we want Ben: Fine (Now everyone caught in the flood can breath underwater)

Using the reversetrix let's reverse Archfiendzarro transformation into archangelzarro. think about it holly water powers to counter hell fire, and an angelic body. Note biblical accurate angles are masses of eye balls , and wheels with wings, making a very creepy transformation.
