If you booked the ticket with credit card, you can claim from the credit card company. If not you can definitely claim from the airlines for all the damages. Take pictures for evidence.
Ha ha… Smuggling Swiss wild garlic plants and that too frozen in a bag. This should have been not frozen at all. It’s the season right now and you could have them freshly packed in a zipper.. And that butter without an isolated pack. Doesn’t looks professional at all.. Your bad luck that your chupas and other stuff got damaged becoz of the delay. I have travelled a lot but I was always lucky with my bags. Same thing happened to my friend from Swiss who was travelling with Air India to india and his bad was also broken. His wife took pictures and sending complaint e-mails almost every day to Air India. I guess it will take long until they compensate. Anyway wish you best of luck. My wild garlic which I plucked myself are still safe in my refrigerator 😊
