    Stuck in lockdown where I am in Australia. Gyms have been closed for months. Thank you for this. Saved me. I'm going mad slowly here. Awesome workout

    Great workout!!!! I am a flight attendant and I spent a lot of time in hotel rooms. I travel with my resistant bands all the time this was an amazing workout thank you

    I am traveling for an extended period taking care of my dad after a surgery. No weights here so I really appreciate your fantastic resistance bands workouts! They fit just fine in my suitcase and working out is keeping me sane. :)

    Just received my bands yesterday, and this workout was great for showing how you can use them to work different muscle groups. Surprised at how sweaty it was. Loved it, and thank you Tracy!

    My long resistance band is closed (circular) and not open on the ends like yours so I used weights for most and got a super sweat on! Was great! Now I will buy a band with handles.

    Got my resistance bands yesterday from Amazon and did this just now and I am so surprised that there are s many things you can do with this band that are so effective and I felt like I was working hard . Would love another workout like this sometime!! Thanks

    It was great to do this resistance band workout again. I tried my new resistance band it's a medium too a fabrics polyester/elastodiene. A so called multiloop fitness band.
    Anyway I couldn't do all the excercises with this one. 😩It's a shorter length than my old resistance band. So I used my old resistance band. 😅It's good for a try out though to see what kind of excercises to do with the multiloop.
    I'm looking forward to another resistance band workout.

    I had to improvise lol. My husband has resistance bands but they were so short. I used my pilates flex band instead. Lol It worked great. I felt the burn. Thanks

    Awesome workout! Decided to switch from free weights to resistance band. Heart rate to the roof, muscles got a good burn. Overall, total body w/o feels great! Thanks Traci💖

    Loved this! I just got a new set of infinity long bands (Arena Strength Body Bands) I was able to use these, the Body Rock Pink Thing and my long band with handles which I only used for one exercise. I’m so happy you did this. I was able to try them all. I didn’t have an anchor for the band but the Pink Thing was easy enough to use for woodchopper and the seated narrow row since my foot could slip into it to hold it in place. I also kept a medium BootyBand on throughout. I’m going to order a door anchor to try more exercises. Thanks again for this!🌹

      Yes perhaps. They don't do that well, but they are useful when you don't have dumbbells!

    Traci I love working out with you. Been working out with you now about 3 wks. I try to switch them up at least 2x a week. The other days I try to get in at least 30 to 45 min walk. You keep the w/ o exciting and I look forward to them. I feel great after each workout. Sometimes I have to modify some of the moves because I had knee surgery about 2 yrs ago. But nevertheless, I make it thru the whole workout. Thank you. OH, and you have a cute puppy☺☺☺💖

    I struggled with some of the exercises using the resistance band so I used some light weights for those exercises. Good workout.

    Thanks for a different type of workout which I enjoyed. Not sure if I found it as taxing as weights but that is probably my bands. Shall get yours for future workouts.

    That was definately different, I've had resistance bands for so long but never used them, felt a little uncoordinated 🤣 might need ones with handles lol!! Loved the glute kickback 🔥🍑

    Another great resistance band workout. Challenging and good for the strength in my arms and legs. I only have a medium resistance band but i felt the tension.😬
    The rounds are intense I enjoyed it a lot.

    This was great!! So fun! I love mini bands but rarely use the resistance band, so glad to pull it out. Too bad the handle broke in the middle of the workout :( Still made it work though. Thanks for this! ps my favorite was the pulse squat!
