Civil war might be the best summon of all because it can't die and is good for baiting those enemy (but I think eldritch tentacle better than any summon because of heal and wheel of fate?(I do not want that)
now "wheel of fate" isn't a thing anymore and got replaced by a companion wich is better than 1 wheel of fate, BUT IT'S WORSE THAN 2 SO IT'S A NERF I HATE THIS

civil war damage look similar to wheel of fate does 40K damage per 2 second

i usually just place civil right in front of arbiter and they maul him real quick, idk what you're on about them not being able to attack arb
they didnt attack him for me
if in the video its obvious because you pulled alrasid there too
so most of if not all targetted alrasid and didnt damage arb
you should unequip civil to make them despawn, waddle over to arb and place them behind the throne then run out to keep alrasid far from that spot
