So the things you need to see in neck exam:
    1.Thyroid mass (inspection while swallowing)
    2. Thyroglossal cyst (irregular midline neck mass that moves up when tongue is protruded)
    3. Lymph nodes in orderly fashion (submandibular - upper jugular - middle jugular - lower jugular - posterior triangle - central neck - parathyroid - post auricular - pre-auricular)
    4. Parotid gland
    Thank me later

The posterior border of the submandibular triangle is the posterior belly of digastric muscle, not the anterior margin of thyroid cartilage

Nice video... One thing which could be improved is that thyroid cartilage has no role in the margins of Level 1 cervical lymph nodes or submandibular triangle. (It's hyoid bone which forms the inferior boundary of submental triangle ie. level 1A lymph nodes)

These videos are nice for students who are trying to learn the examination sequence, but I find videos showing examinations of real patients with actual disease to be infinitely more useful. Unfortunately there's a dearth of such videos on CZcams.

why break up feeling lymph nodes to just ask the pt to swallow the water? this examination went from cervical lymph nodes, to water swallowing, and then to pre and post-auricular lymph node palpation!! looks messy
