    Sir...in urine if there are 35-40 pus cells and culture is negative then what it is called?

      It might indicate sterile pyuria. In case of sterile pyuria, the absence of bacterial growth in the culture suggests that the elevated pus cell count is not due to a bacterial infection, rather due to some non infectious cause such as kidney stones etc
      It is best to consult a healthcare profession as they can help determine underlying cause and provide appropriate treatment if necessary.

    Can entamoeba histolytica parasite cause uti infection like cystitis?

      Theorotically it can, but it is rare and usually occur in individuals with compromised immune system or individuals with severe amoebic infections.
