This is another video, apart of my discovering new music series.
In this one I am listening to LE SSERAFIM for the First Time.
Antifragile is my favorite, but I really like Smart, Easy, Unforgiven and Eve as well. This group has insane stage presence.
they're probably some of my favorite female dancers/idols. they're always so clean with it
actually afro pop is actually a trend in kpop rn😭 kiss of life, kard and alot of other groups are doing it rn and its really fun
I'm so happy that you did a reaction to LE SSERAFIM , they are my favorite group in K-pop, and they have the best performances and the best dances in K-pop, and I hope you will do a reaction to two EASY and UNFORGIVEN songs.

I highly recommend checking out their impurities mv, since you like rnb. Their latest comeback will be out on the 30th** and I think it might be their best comeback yet. The one with the Bob is their leader Chaewon. And the beat you’re referring to in antifragile is the genre reggaeton, im from Puerto Rico which is where it was created. Smart’s genre is Amapiano which is from South Africa. If you want more afro genres in kpop I suggest you check out Tinnitus by TXT (best afro beats kpop song ever, it is literal perfection from start to finish like sugarcoat by natty) and Spell by Seventeen.

I love this group! I love their messages in their songs. As much toxicity they have had to deal with recently I hope for their sakes they are able to brush it off like that meteor. Smarter is my shit!!!
Check out Hyolyn's "Wait" it's her most recent comeback and it has an afro beat. So good! She's a soloist.
The one who left the group is Kim Garam. Back in 2022, she was removed from the group following allegations of bullying. According to reports, she was accused of verbally and physically bullying fellow classmates, which resulted in a wave of fan backlash followed by her removal from the group. Due to that Le Serrafim continued their career as a 5 member group until now. It's a pretty sad story actually

I just watched your Red Velvet reaction and said you should react to Le Sserafim lol the history of this group is really interesting, since it's like a second chance for some of the girls: Sakura is the oldest, she actually has more than a decade of idol experience (she was an idol back in Japan) and along with Chaewon (the one with the bob) were part of a temporal group called IZ*ONE that was formed as part of a survival show. Yunjin (the girl with a guitar in antifragile) grew up in the US and also was part of a survival show but was eliminated and even considered going back to study and leave the idol life. Kazuha (lovey dovey girl 😅) was a ballet dancer since she was 3 years old but decided she wanted to be an idol and had to work really hard to prove herself. Eunchae is the youngest/maknae, she doesn't have a story like the rest but she debuted young and there was a lot of expectations for this group, her training period was really short too, so there was a lot of pressure on her.
Regardless of the pressure and expectations the girls are proving that they are really talented and hard working, even when things are hard, you can overcome them and get stronger.. they convey that message on their lyrics too, and I like that a lot.

Le sserafim has the best b sides in kpop aka the songs without music videos, they don’t have a single skip, some of them are slow and not everyone’s cup of tea but so many good songs in their albums

You should check out KARD - They are a co-ed group of 2 guys and 2 girls :) They recently just had a comeback. Much of their music leans into latin sounds/instrumentation and other summer fun beats - not all their songs but many of them - they are known for this sound :)
They technicaly had 3 pre-debut songs so if you wanted to start with their first MV that would be Oh Na Na but if you want their official debut it's Hola Hola
