"If there are no numbers on the GPRS there must be numbers in the downloads". Says who? Why does me using the net have to necessarily involve other numbers. This guy just bamboozles Ratha all day. If the state's case is solid, all they have to do is show, either from the downloads (authenticated) directly (like open them in court through that ABM software and say here are the BBM and/or whatsapp) or the cell phone itself that on so and so day you made a call using Whatsapp, except there was no whatsapp call in 2014. So now we are back to square one.
On behalf of people from Western Cape we are distancing ourselves from Mr Steyn and therefore we are saying he might as well just stay in Pretoria because these lies are too much for us

These advocates have managed to prove the state wrong, however due to Ratha's foul presiding the state is sorounded with iron wall they cannot be exposed in any manner because it is Mr Ratha's intention to find these five accused guilty as alleged. Look at his questions for clarity he rsises them with a view to rubberstamp his verdict. I am still wondering as to what applaud is given to CJ Zondo since he has left the wagon in the mud only pretending to be honest in the public eye. During his farewell reply he emphasized something not in his vocabulary "judiciary independency" he appears to be relying on his faceless masters. He allowed Ratha to do as he pleases.

Here I am trying to be dumb as state but still I can't see how a person can receive a WhatsApp call and a normal call at the same time. To make the matters worse is that the duration of those calls is exactly the same but on the other side we know that you can't receive a call on top of another call even if they are coming from different forms. You can only get the notification that so and so called you
